Thanksgiving in Roatan

We had a great Turkey Day last week here on the Island. Cindy as usual outdid herself on the many great sides. Although we were not able to keep our frying tradition alive due to a lack of availability of Peanut Oil we were able to bake a nice bird.

We had a few friends over including: Gene, Leslie, Mario, Jenny, Sashi, Guy Mueller and of course Cindy and I. Everyone had a great time and the leftovers lasted for days (my favorite part). Truly a lot to be thankful for.
