Devon Stephens and Lockes of Love

Roatan has a little more than its share of characters but this post is more about Character than "A Character".

Our resident photo guru and relunctant computer whiz is a man named Devon. Devon pays the bills with his computer work but his passion is photography which is shown and sold at some local galleries.

Another cool thing about Devon is he is a good dude quick with a joke or to buy you a beer at his home away from home Sundowners.

Around the first of the year Devon went from his long haired friend of Jesus look and moved toward a new aerodynamical dome. As you can see from the pictures the differenc is pretty big.

Devon allways the one to make the most out of things also turned this change into a good thing and donated his hair to locks of love. http://www.locksoflove.org/

Orchid Hill Spec House now Finished

Our Spec House is finally done. If you remember from earlier post Cindy, two partners and mysef purchased some land with a half built house. Since that time we have divided up the land, put in underground utilites, and have finsihed the house.

We are currently paving the road for the community and we now have everything for sell and listed on the Roatan MLS.

Its been another great but learning experience. We all agree the house is beautiful and I congratulate our contractor Melvin Castellanos on finishing up someone elses start and making the job his own.
