Growth of Keys

I was pleased to take these pictures today. When we started our vacation rental business we had a few keys in a file cabinet. Since then we first added 2 boxes then we added 2 more and as you can see we now have more than that and they are filling up. It may not be the growth chart a bank or investor would look at it but for me and Gene it is a clear sign that our business is growing.

Condo Cows

Selling property in Roatan is always interesting. I recently took some folks around and when we went to a pre construction development in its infant phase we encountered a very interesting property feature.

Having to overcome the what about the cows objection to selling property was a new one for me. You see when I came around this little corner to show the folks where the first condo building would be located I encountered not "Condo Camandos" but in fact "Condo Cows". I assured the people that the cows would be grazing elswhere when the project was really underway and not to worry.

Where everyone knows your name

Our good friend Trish Gonzalez comes to Roatan so often she now has a second name "Roatan Ruth". As you can see in the picture she also has found a little spot where they already know her name.

I can assure you that Trish, Patricia or Ruth (whatever you want to call her) has done her best during the multiple trips she has made to Roatan in the last year to explore the island.

I hope she is an inspiration to the rest of our blog readers to come on down and find your own place in the sun.
